Morning 20. Feeling pretty good. Good shakeout for the workout this afternoon.
Afternoon workout at Bloomington Hills (2000, 1600, 1200, 800) First two were simply wonderful. I was able to lead and push the whole time!!! I was in it ready to push with the team. I was glad that I was able to help our team have success. The last two I think that I lost focus and wasn't really in it. I was letting some "pain" that i was thinking i was having get to my brain. I did get a little tingely and that kinda freaked me out... overall a very positive workout for me.
