am-very good day of running. we had 12 girls together practically the whole time! how freaking sick is that. that makes me so so so happy!!! we ran into pioneer parkway and had 2x5 min of easy tempo 2x7 min of tempo and 1x5 at threshold. the easy tempo was very hard for me cause we were running up the hills...but the second half was so so strong and I am very happy. Robs wise words of the day, "you just gotta believe and remember that you can do this" also kinda bummed cause my watch told me 10 laps so I guess I accidentally lapped it one time but I thought I ran 10 miles but I didn't but I guess it's fine. 80 min
pm-well, scary day at the school. some kid lit a bomb...so we couldnt have practice. what a bust. but, i actually really enjoyed the run by my myself. each of my miles were under 8 as i just ran some stuff out of my mind haha. it was a much needed break to truly think and ponder whats happening in my life
also, its a new day high for miles so thats very happy as well, i feel like im finally back into things becoming stronger everyday. ALSO, last day of shoulder physical therepy! i get to start lifting very very very light weights :( that is a bummer lol like no weight on squat or dead lifts...ugh haha
