am-long run w/ 5min easy tempo, and 10 min at 6:40ish pace, then 5x30 sec hills. Today was good :) we had a solid group. i had a hard time getting into things but once i got into it it was very very solid. we pushed the tempos strong as well as the hills. they were a good time to focus on form.
pm-kinda annoying on these short days. i feel like everyone just thinks they can do their own thing so we all end up doing something different. me, ellie, and jacey all pushed together towards the end. looking forward to a good week :)
