So today we were up in Beaver at a family reunion. Me and my mom went running it was rough...it was very hilly and I was dying. I was thinking to flip at 30 cause it was all downhill but my mom wanted to keep going so I went a little bit too far. It is beautiful to run in the mountains. Although the altitude still got me breathing hard :) there was a 93k going on and we got to see some of those runners. We stopped at an aid station to talk to them about the race and there was a guy named Walter brown I think who knows coach holt. I'm supposed to say hi (he was the old herriman coach) it was a hard run but totally worth it. 63 minutes |
