Afternoon-Workout 5x1000 at bloomington hills park. Man today was a battle. The first one was alright. We started out a little slow so our overall time was quite a bit slower than it was supposed to be but i was in the pack. So that was a plus. The second one I kinda fell off. Then the third one was even worse. I was still in a good range of hitting my times but I was just very much so out of the pack. The fourth one was much better and I was closer to my times. I was debating between doing the last one or not (it was optional) but I decided that I was getting better times so I might as well push through the pain and finish a workout that is gonna make me stronger. I am so glad that i did the last one. I hit my time and it was the best one out of them all! I was glad to push hard at the end. I know that it will very much so help me in races. I might've not really been with the pack today but it was a very successful workout for me personally. I love running and pushing hard.
