am-20 min good run pm-workout 2x1200 and 2x(2x400, 600) everyone seemed to be freaking out before cause it was so hard. but I really really enjoyed it. the future was very strong and we we're definitely within range every time. It felt good and very strong. Excited for racing..it seems like it's come so so so so so fast! like idk haha so crazy but I'm ready for a very good season :) also had hill circuts. I really pushed those today it felt real good. 20+70 |
