am-weights and run. tried some squatting (just the bar lol) and bench (just the bar) shoulder still kinda aches but its feeling a lot better.
pm-kosmin test. i really need to find ways to be more positive with myself and patient with my results. i did fine and i really shouldnt be upset but im having a hard time not comparing to other teammates but i need to just keep working hard and eventually it will come also, my partner alex is a total beast he killed it. also, i found out that my favorite teacher is retiring...haha
