well, no body seemed to want to run together so i kinda spaced planning one. shoulda planned one anyways. but, i went with my dad and he did the first 60. totally spaced tempo stuff so the last 15 i really pushed it in strong. it honestly felt so super amazing. a perfect way to end the run. but i did forget to charge my watch so that was a bummer cause i didnt really know pace..maybe that was a good thing idk. im feeling super good though!!!
