am-weights and run. yay started doing doubles again. body felt a lot better than yesterday pm-mustang pass. had a little bit of a battle to stay with the pack, but I did it so yay :)) pace didn't get too super crazy today but it was good. missed a lot of the girls due to a lot of random things hopefully we'll start to see numbers growing :) 15+45 (also, first day of full minutes) |
