2 painless miles.  Plan is to repeat this run 4 more times this week and keep riding the bike.

Next week hopefully I'm good to go.

AM

Feel like I'm just getting warmed up then it's time to quit.  Foot still feels good but I'm going to error on being optimistic for this week and hope it'll fully heal.

Foot felt perfectly normal today.  Just a couple more days of short runs!

Ran after work and enjoyed the cooler weather.  Nice to see some blue skies.  Happy there was no foot pain.

A couple of girls, I'm guessing high school age saw me about a mile into my jog and decided to drive next to me for about a quarter mile and ask me random questions:

-Where do you go to school?

I don't.

-Why are you running in the cold?

I enjoy it.

-Do you run lots?

Define lots.

-Do you have a girlfriend?

I'm 27.

They drove away at this point.

I think my inability to grow facial hair makes me look much younger than I am.

Same route as yesterday.  No excitement.

Looking forward to some time with my family and good meals this weekend.

Felt really good today.  Was 36 degrees when I ran so I decided to forego the tights and blind the Christmas shoppers with my pasty legs.

Happy Holidays / Merry Christmas bloggers!
