Rode the stationary bike, 20 min easy-20 min hard-20 min easy
Ended up with a decent week, cut back the miles a little to get rid of some minor aches but put in about 50 miles on the bike which is probably equivalent to 15 miles of running. I wish I could set up my blog to put in cross training miles but alas it is too late to change. |
