Great long run today!

JRP trail, 7 miles heading South out and back.  I was the first to bite the dust.

Enjoyable to run with 7 other runners, thanks for letting me tag along!

Average pace close to 7 minutes.

Lots of 7's in this report.

You might want to drink some 7Up.

Adam - Great run this morning! Glad you came out w/ us! Next Saturday we're going to do some tempo work... 4-3-2-1 x Mile. If you wanna get crazy, feel free to join the group for that one :-) I can't wait to see what you will run for the 5K in a few weeks.

I can't believe you weren't even breathing hard on your longest run by 2 miles! Keep up that weekly mileage.

Nice job out there Adam! A nice group of runners definately makes it go by fast. You certainly have a lot of running potential.

Good job, it's fun to watch you round into marathon shape. I don't think you will need to wait 5 years to qualify for Boston. Maybe 5 months.

Great run, especially if it was your longest ever.

Great run, brother. Keep knocking out 14-18 milers at a 7:00 pace and you'll run sub-3:00 on a flat marathon course. Really nice run.

I would not say you bit the dust. You did great for one of your longest runs ever. Great getting to talk with you some.
