That is a large number of pushups.

Kam,

I just turn on ESPN and do 25 pushups every 2 or 3 minutes. It's a great way to wakeup in the morning.

300 pushups - nice rest day. Do you do them in one go or break them into sets?

From ACorn on Fri, Nov 04, 2011 at 12:22:41 from 68.66.168.22

I usually break them into sets of 25 or 30. I could probably suffer through 300 without stopping but it'd get pretty pathetic.
