I finally dragged my rear end out of bed this morning and went to the Y.
Mile 1 @ 6:00 pace
Mile 2 @ 6:00 pace
Mile 3 @ 6:00 pace
Mile 4 @ 7:30 pace
It felt great running 3 miles in 18 minutes, I wish I could do that on the road. But I feel if I do it enough on a treadmill and faster it will increase my leg speed when I am on the road. |
