Howdy Benji. It's great having you on the blog. I'll be nagging you to keep up with it daily!

Welcome to the blog, man, and congrats on the recent marriage. You are obviously aware of this given you ran for him, but Rob is such a great source for motivation, and someone who has really earned my respect through his support of my training and pursuit of Boston.

Get that mileage up, and try to enjoy yourself in the process. Based on your times, I have no doubt that you have a sub-18 5K in you. I'm looking to go sub-19 later this month, and maybe 18 - 18:30 on a downhill race in April. This blog is another tool we can all use to help us reach our goals.

Hey guys thanks for all the worm welcomes. I'm really enjoying this site. It is defiantly a good motivational tool. Coach tell Mrs. Murphy I said hello and I hope all is well.

Welcome to the blog Benji. Rob's a great ambassador for the running community and let everyone know you joined the group. He and I ran together when we were in high school.
