As of right now, I'm not realy sure. I enjoy staying in shape and racing with friends. I'm sure i'll plug in a few goals sooner or later.
Personal:
I've recently gotten married. It's one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Since then I've slacked off on my running, hopefully this running blog will help encourage me to keep pushing.
Another 5 miles at the Y. I did all my running at 7min pace.
Its boring but im trying to get my mileage up.

Welcome to the blog, man, and congrats on the recent marriage. You are obviously aware of this given you ran for him, but Rob is such a great source for motivation, and someone who has really earned my respect through his support of my training and pursuit of Boston.
Get that mileage up, and try to enjoy yourself in the process. Based on your times, I have no doubt that you have a sub-18 5K in you. I'm looking to go sub-19 later this month, and maybe 18 - 18:30 on a downhill race in April. This blog is another tool we can all use to help us reach our goals.

Welcome to the blog Benji. Rob's a great ambassador for the running community and let everyone know you joined the group. He and I ran together when we were in high school.
