I won my fist 5k in 2010

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would love to hit a sub 18 5k.

30 minute 8k

Long-Term Running Goals:

As of right now, I'm not realy sure. I enjoy staying in shape and racing with friends. I'm sure i'll plug in a few goals sooner or later.


I've recently gotten married. It's one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Since then I've slacked off on my running, hopefully this running blog will help encourage me to keep pushing.

My sister and i ran a 5 mile loop we have marked, then i did some extra running around the her house.


Tonight i ran to the church and around it more than a few times. I hit my goal of 50 miles this week. i know its not much to yall but ive been doing 20-25 miles a week. I feel alot better than i thought i would.

Loved that you were able to run with your wife yesterday. My favorite runs are always the ones with my hubby and/or kids. :)

I was hoping to do one long run, but my lovely wife was barking at me to do some things around the house, so I had to cut my long run into two shorter runs. But I got it all in. Now its time to sit back and relax and enjoy the rest of the weekend.
