I've recieved the Performance of the Year award all 4 years for XC and my senior year was named Athelete of the Year. I earned 6 Varsity letters (4 XC, 2 track)

Personal:

Working full time in Downtown Salt Lake.  On days where my body feels good and I don't have a 17 hour shift I like to hit up the trails in SLC and PC.

I just went and ran 2 miles with Sarah today, since we were both feeling a little bleh. We ran from her house to Sugarhouse park, did a lap on the road, and went back to her house. Then we layed on her carpet forever. :)

So I should have about 5 more miles... But I was way too sick. We ran up to the track, did some track drills while making sound effects, and went to our distance workout. We did Tony's dumb workout first, 8 little hills. After that, we did a grass loop around the stadium and ran up Sunnyside ave. The original plan was to do our Sunnyside and Foothill loop, but when I got to Guardsmin, everybody was ahead and made the light. I got stuck there, and felt really sick. So I ran all the way back to the school and waited for them to return.

Today we went to Fairmont, 10 strides, Liberty, 1 lap on the woodchips, and back to the school. I felt okay at the beginning, but when we were almost to the park, I felt really sick again. I slowed down by alot, and eventually found Fairmont, even though I didn't get lost, I just had lucky guesses. After our 10 strides, we ran to Liberty. Again, I fell way behind the group. They didn't have to wait for me, but they did. After grabbing a quick drink, we did a lap. Of course I fell behind again. When I got back to the school, Susannah was waiting outside for me. We went to the weight room and did some stretches, squats, and lunges. Finally we were done! But I really don't like it when I get sick like this...

So after doing a bunch of core stuff that included circuits and carrying weights from A floor to D floor and all sorts of stuff, we ran along 13th east to President's Circle, up to the U Bookstore, along Guardsmin, and down 9th south to the school. Last night I had been assembling my running stuff in the dark, so I was a bit shocked to see I had brought my flats and not trainers...
