I went to school did some english and all that stuff then went to P.E we did flag football for 45 miniutes. Later i went to swim practice.

30 min of dryland at swim practice (jumping jacks push ups lunges ect) then we did warm up a kick set and then the main set plus cooldown.

Just got home from swimming about a half hour ago and decided to go for a run up to Maverick and back is what dad told me to do but mom would not let me run on the busy road!!!
