My husband and I started running last year together and are still loving it. My first race was Salt lake city half marathon. I also ran Teton Dam in Rexburg, Id. and The Personal Best at 1:49 in Idaho Falls, id.
Short-Term Running Goals:
My short term goal is to run my first full in Ogden in May and also a half in Salt Lake in April. I also want to run Mesa Falls in Ashton, ID. this year because that is where I grew up.
Long-Term Running Goals:
To be a strong runner and always make it a hobby for my husband and I to enjoy together.
Personal:
I have been married for 11 years and we have three girls and one wild boy. they always keep us moving.
I went to powercut today which is a weight and cardio class. it makes me sore everytime. I am not running alot this week so I can be ready to run my guts out for the next four months.
I ran two miles today then i went to a 50 min. spinning class, which kicked my butt. I swear spinning in harder then running. Felt good to sweat though.
