Running Accomplishments:

My husband and I started running last year together and are still loving it. My first race was Salt lake city half marathon. I also ran Teton Dam in Rexburg, Id. and The Personal Best at 1:49 in Idaho Falls, id.

Short-Term Running Goals:

My short term goal is to run my first full in Ogden in May and also a half in Salt Lake in April. I also want to run Mesa Falls in Ashton, ID. this year because that is where I grew up.

Long-Term Running Goals:

To be a strong runner and always make it a hobby for my husband and I to enjoy together.

Personal:

I have been married for 11 years and we have three girls and one wild boy. they always keep us moving.

I ran 5 miles today .I started out on the treadmill then i could not stop thinking of the dry roads outside, so I ran three on the mill then ran two out in my neighborhood. It felt good to run outside and my legs felt great.

I loved the Mesa Falls Marathon when I ran it a few years ago.
