| No run because of preparation for the ROOTBEER MILE tomorrow at noon. It costs $2 and it's gonna be loads of fun. We'll probably play basketball after or something sweet! Let me know if you want to do it so I can get the rootbeer!
Well jk, at work trying to figure out if we should bring in the Reebok Harmony so tested that out for a mile. There's a first for everything, I ran more then .25 miles on the treadmill at one time, and running in a reebok shoe.

| Good turnout to the Annual Root Beer Mile! Lots of fun, lots of throwing up. Chugged the first can really quick, like just as fast as the chuck and justin so I went off with them in the lead. That was my mistake, I made it through the second can like that, but the third and fourth can I had to take mini sips in order to not puke cuz I hate puking. Played basketball after which was fun! |

| Mountain Ridge 5k today. Went out pretty conservative, like 5:30 pace but then decided to catch the leaders about .75 miles through and came through the first mile at 5:12, decided to go for about that split again and went 5:13, then I saw I had a big lead and slowed down cuz I was tired. Went 5:36 pace for the last part so like 16:00 would have been my 3 mile. Good times.

| 6 miles of hiking. Good times! Went from graduation to the all-nighter which was a great time, then went up the canyon at like 4:45 when we got back, had a fire, made it home by like 6:50, came in grabbed some old running shoes, then went and hiked to the tree of knowledge with the team. It was a good time! Now just chores til I go to work then I'll probably do something crazy after for a good time!

| Nada today unless joe texts me saying he wants to run tonight. Quads are tired though from running down mahogany yesterday. Collin Joe and I are gonna probably hike it soon! If anyone wants to go hiking ever I'm so down, or pretty much anything else I'm probably down with too.
Went running with joe, 5.25 miles. I biked to Legacy where we met and on the way there I was cruising and couldn't turn to miss a curb so I hopped it but my back tire didn't quite clear it and I got a flat like .25 mile from the park. So I got a ride home from joe. Then went and balled with ryan, seth, the hinckley's and chuch which was fun!
Also anyone who wants to Joe, maybe the hinckley's, maybe collin, and I are going to hike mahogany on monday morning if anyone wants to come. I'll let you know when if you want to.
