Didn't have a watch for the most part of the run cuz Seth turned back at 2.5. We guessed at where the 3 mile out was and went to a guess where the 4 mile out was. The tempo was supposed to be 2 miles at 6:00 pace. It probably turned out to be 2.3 @ about 5:40 pace. Mouth felt a lot better. Strength before. Also my new Pegs will be in soon and I'm stoked!
