Honestly probably the hardest workout we have done this year. 4, 3, 2, 4, 3, 2. Knew it was gonna be rough after Justin led us out in 28 for the first 200 of the first 400 lol. But went 60, 43, 28, 60, 46, 28. My arms hurt so bad after as well as my legs. Glad to do speed though for basically the first time this year. After iced and initiated.
