Short-term goal achieved!

Self-seed at 7-8 min/mile at the beginning.

Was among a pack of runners in the first 2 miles.

Full marathoners were able to talk behind me all the way along.

First 10miles are flat. 10-12 miles are hilly.

New Balance 1061 without orthortics.

Drank Monster for the first time over months.

Mira was driving from Bloomington to Indianapolis.

She ran 5k for 32:11.0.

It was nice.

And I will be seeded next time...
