Met up with Buddah at his house at 6 am. Nice easy miles with the Buddah! then he took off the shirt! then no one would even talk to us. Talked to Dave and Logan for a Bit. This last week has not been to productive, but i do feel pretty good and not all beat up! next week back up to 70.
