| 10 miles with the circle of trust. minus Mr Holt! I pretty much struggled the entire run. Breathing was labored. Last night's dinner (Ribs did not sit well) Felt like throwing up this morning. I just fell apart around mile 8. Knee began to hurt and the body just shut down. Not sure if it is fatigue or allergies or that time of the month. or man o pause. Pick one. 11 so far for the day |

| Thursday is club day. Super fly, Little Buddha, and The master of Disaster! The king of speed, Mr Aaron Metler joined us for a nice 10 mile run. The wind was blowing. The sun was cooking and our shirts came off. It is going to be a long hot summer. 13 for the day.
