53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
6 sweet miles with the Bear. Always fun to run with the Bear and listen to his day!
Hill Tuesday! I was a little tight calf was bothering me so i did not push much for speed.
3 easy miles.
Nice miles before work. Decided to sleep in and Run 10 with the club tonight.
10 miles with the club. 5 easy. 5 with Arron and Logan medium pace.
5 and the GYM. Feeling a little tired. Decided to cut it short this morning and do some cross training. I think it did just as much as if i would of ran 10
5 with the Bear.
Nice fun miles. Ran up snow canyon with Bigfoot then we paced Cody in the spectrum 10k.
