| Some nice easy miles to start out the week. The moon was absalutley spectacular this morning. It was for sure worth gettinf up in the morning. A nice mid afternoon run just makes my spirits feel great. 7 miles in the sun. |

| Tuesday is Hill day in my neck of the woods. A nice work out with a mix of Hills and speed. 5 more nice miles. I ran to my friends house and off to the gym we went. |

| Got up and just survived. Not alot of energy to spare this morning. maybe the speed work out took more then i thought last night. I plan on running another 7 today. 7 easy miles this afternoon in the sun. Felt nice to have the sun on my face. |
