Ran around the Sand hollow Resavior with Dustin and little budda. Nice conversation. He took it easy on me today. Got home and took a shower and watched conference. There were some nice talks about staying the course in good times and bad. The rightous as well as the unrightous will come upon trials. Having a firm foundation will keep us on the right path. However, my foot is killing me! and I am not sure it will endure another mile?

I wanted to get 70 miles this week. But the body and the will or drive was not in the cards. I will go down to about 50 next week and get a little extra rest.

Nice miles for the day! Are you training for Salt Lake? or Ogden? Or both? the foot has to hold out , , ,hee hee you are funny, does your foundation need to be stronger? new shoes? more rest? I know, , ,ice cream! That makes anyones foundation stronger (or at least bigger)

Bull, sounds like you need that nice easy run with me! I only did 45 this week, but it felt like the 70 you wanted.

Great run Bill!

You inspire me. I was the same way, wanting 70 this week and then start tappering next week. Well, 65 close enough....40 next week then ease off for Salt Lake and hope for weather like today without wind.

Work on your foundation...and staying the course!

Just remember Bill, 55 miles at your speed is 70 at normal pace.
