Nice morning to be with sweet Angela. I can't say this is a no sweat event.  It was warm in the gym this morning.  She sure looks cool when she sweats!   I was a little tired.  this morning but the head is looking better.   Hopefully the swelling will go down so i can ware my hat again!   Next time i run with Mike i am wearing a football Helmet!

A few more miles tonight. Feeling tired.

What are your plans for Saturday? Do you want to meet up an hour or so before the race and run the course once to get in some extra miles or are you going to do just a short warm-up and really push it in the race?

So are you just going to do an easy 1 or 2 miles warm-up with him?

I might run over to the race from La Verkin about 12 miles, then try running the race on tired legs. Probably won't run a very fast time in the race, but should be a good test for the legs and preparation for running hard when tired, which might help with the marathon in a few weeks.
