Nice morning miles with BF and his new yellow shoes.  He was playing chicken with the cars this morning.   I got to keep him off the streets.  Early morning Runs in the dark With BF can be scary.  He kept pushing the pace.  He got me down to 6:40 a couple of times.

Bull thanks for the run today! After reading your blog, I understand where the name BULL comes from. I will have to wear knee high rubber boots on our next run. Hard for me to push the pace when your 100 yds ahead. Golden Corral tomorrow, YA!
