15 fun Miles with Big foot and Art. Big foot made me swear not to reveal his secret bread and butter run with a blood oath! I got to bit foots home at 5 in the morning. He and Art in the Park were already out streatching and showing of their tan Lines. We started off in a direction that i can not reveal and ended up back at Big foots home! Big foot took off the last mile with a sub 6 performance up some hill near his home. Then we ran down to the start of the swiss days 5 k . Paced some of Big foots friends. and met up with some friends and had Breakfast. I like this race because they dance and have music blasting before the start of the race. The Awards are pretty good to. Legs feel good. every thing is a go for next weeks long 26.2 training run! |
