woke up at 5 am and went to work with the pretty woman. nice over cast morning with light rain! This is the first 12 miler since the marathon. i felt great. I ran past The Moving Wall Vietnam Veterans Memorial and stoped to look. I wept as i read the letters from the children of the vetrans that died. so many families lost the ones that they loved. War is terrible and so distructive. I salute all the Vets, and pray for all of them that serve our country. thank you. |
