Nice run today with the guys down through gunlock!    Dave,Clyde,Mike, James, Art.   Did not feel the vib to push it too fast. But just hung on to keep it around 6:49 pace.  Nice week. my last  long week.    every one is looking strong for the marathon!  going to bea record breaking year .  Mike is going to turn alot of Heads  this year when they see him flying down the course!   Its the year of "shock and aw"   People will be in shock that he is so fast,  and the will say  "Aw"    when the Bull passes!!!!
