Just Ran tempo tuesday with out the Garmin! woke up 4:30 this morning. and hitched a ride with Dustin to meet Steve, Clyde, Dave,Logan,James. So i ran on feel! running in the dark with out a shirt. it was hot. I am glad to ge this one over with.
