‎20 mile day! Met up at Big foots place down by the river in the woods. The little Buddah and The "Sandman" (Tyler Kellie Lundell Shepherd) joined us for a nice run. We started a couple of miles above the volcano and ran down snow canyon. bigfoot took off about two miles into it and left us three in the dust. It is always fun running with these guys because they are such awesome runners. I met up with Big foot again at mile 12. We had some great miles. And he made it so much fun. He knows how to push me. We kept the pace in the low 6:20 ish until the cool down.
