very easy this morning. Back still sore. It was a nice morning for a run. ran into Kendra and her sister in law and Greg. Ran with them for about a mile.

1/6- Bill
2/7- Nate
3/8- Hayden
4/9- Dustin
5/10-James

I think You and Hayden are the quickest runners on our team. I was wondering if we should use Hayden the last Leg. But this works.

Legs 5 and 10 are the longest, so that might be something to consider for Hayden. Legs 8 and 9 have the most uphill and are rated the most difficult. I thought it would be fun to watch you start off, since you get so excited at the beginning of races.

You guys should do great! I will be in St. George March 18th (that night) - March 22nd. I would love to hook up and run as much as I could with you guys. I know that you do a club run on Thursday's? And then maybe a long run on Saturday? Let me know and good luck this weekend.

Im up for anything. I wouldnt mind running 5/10 but we need Hayden where he'll do the most good. If you think it would be better for him to do 5/10 and me to do 3/8 thats cool too.
