Met up with the full moon ninja assassins at 4:45 AM.   James, Dave, Steve, Logan. Clyde, And a new warrior  Tom,  who Steve  affectionately called  Him “ The man from happy valley.”  3 plus mile warm up then off we went.      1. 6:21 2. 6:28  3. 6:33  4. 6:56 5. 6:29  6. 6:45  7. 6:38   AVG  6:35     Lost some concentration mile 6 and 7.  But over all  I am very happy with the work out.
