I got up at 5:30 am  and drove over to meet the guys for a nice easy 20 mile run.   We ran the marathon course.   Dustin ruined my whole morning by telling me veyo market closed down.  No more pies!  The Pies are about the only good thing that ever came from Veyo!  Now i am in mourning!    The first 14 were nice and easy and i decided to pick it up the last 6:36, 5.50,5:44,6:11, 6:14, 6:32,6:12,   Over all avg 7:01    Dustin, James,Clyde,  Were great company Thank you guys. after the work out Golden Corral Breakfast and lunch.

Bill, you crack me up. Those 20 mile easy runs with you always seem to have 5 & 6 min miles!

Thanks for the invite but there is no way I could keep up with you guys and make it that far! Great run for you though!

Nice job Billy Boy, you really took off on us. Sorry about the pies, but you can get 2 apple pies for a dollar at McDonald's or you could hook up with some old granny that would maybe bake you a pie or two.

Good job this morning Bill. Keep running smarter and not harder. Way to lay the hammer down on the last.

What a week. BTW my grandma makes an apple pie that could smoke anything the market was selling.

Bill,

THanks for the invite for the 20 miler, we were out of town, but what were your last miles paces' again? um, , in the 5's and 6's? Um, , ya, not really what i call an "Easy" 20 miler. You're funny :) everyone always says how you pick it up to blazing speeds towards the end of your runs! I'll remember that if I ever run with you guys so I can park my car close by! lol , , ,

I'm also bummed about the pies in Veyo, sad little town now with no pies! Try a cookie from Dutchman's market . . .you won't even miss pies after that! Plus they probably have just as much fat and calories :)

Have a great week
