Decided to do a hilly workout.  I ran up towards Olympus Rd.  Then hit a mile straight up to Satterfield Rd.  The pace is whatever I felt.   Training for this marathon really hasn't been about pace its been about keeping the endurance to finish strong.
I did 15.13 miles at an overall 7:23 pace in 1:51:40.

Ran with Barry for 11.31 miles at an overall 1:23:50 time at an overall 7:25 pace.  Not a bad run.  I did accelerations throughout the last few miles.  Barry struggled but he finished.  He had a cut on his foot but he was courageous and finished the run even though he was bleeding.  He cut his foot on glass running yesterday.

Ran over by Costco so I could see how much of the old Fred Meyer building their tearing down.  Were getting a new Winco Foods and other unknown establishments that are not clear yet in the plaza area. Then over the overpass all the way out to Philbin Rd. and down Highway 30.  Very flat course for 13.31 miles in 1:37:29 at a 7:19 overall pace

Ran 14.31 miles at an overall 7:24 pace in 1:46:02.  I ran over behind Old Town Pocatello and by the High School.  Then I ran all the way to Ross Park then I turned around down 4th and headed all the way home.  I was very sore and sluggish slow run.  Just very sore.
