Ran 12.31 miles at an overall 6:59 pace in 1:25.  I did the last 4 at (5:56, 5:42, 5:45) cool-down 6:36.   Have to work tonight at 11pm and won't have to work tomorrow because of the late night maintenance on our systems tonight.

To go with that I have a swollen lymph node in my neck and a bump on my shoulder that's the size of a golf ball that's infected, and a spider bite on my ear that's infected which my wife drained out the puss last night.  That actually looks better now.   I also woke up with a mild sour throat and a stuffy nose, but that has gotten better through-out the day.  I'm going to try to get into the doctor.

Man, could you have a few more things wrong with you? Get to the Doc ASAP and have the spider bite and bump checked out.

Jeff - I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow at 10am. I'll let you know. Hopefully they can give me a good powerful dose of something to help the infection.
