I was woke up by my phone at 1am this morning with a problem with one of our system being locked up so I did some testing and had to do a system reboot and fix other program process issues that were not starting up.  I never did get back to sleep so I waited till 5am to get ready for Barry's to come and do our run.

Ran 13.51 miles at an overall 7:16 pace in pain. Ran the last mile faster at 5:ish pickups. The pain was the same like yesterday so not any better maybe a little worse.

How much pain?

Jon -

The pain was bad every step except for the last mile where I really picked up the pace. It feels like being poked with a knife.

I really know I shouldn't be running. I'm going to run 7 miles with Barry tomorrow then hang up the shoes and have my wife hide them. Then I'll wait and see what the doctor says Monday.

I really wanted to find a Podiatrist that was a runner, but can't always get what you want.

You asked Paul about a podiatrist in Logan- maybe you should ask him about a general doctor. He highly recommends Dr. Lyons for running issues- he is a runner himself. Ask Paul if you want more details.

By the way, you need to join RA- Runners Anonymous. You are an addict.

Kory, be careful. I'd hate to see any long-term damage. You've been battling this for months and you're too good to ruin your running future. You know these things better than me, so just trying to be a small voice of conscience.
