Did the Arc Trainer for over an 1 hour for 6.1 miles according to the machine at Gold's Gym.  Heel didn't hurt as bad this morning.  The time off from outside running will hopefully help.  I'm not able to get into a foot doctor anytime soon so will see how it heals day to day.  It actually feels like it's getting better.

Glad the foot is feeling a little better, the time off will help.

Did you get your cell phone back?

Wow man sounds like you beat yourself up pretty good for your turkey bowl. I also beat my body up pretty good that day and still trying to recover. Hang in there.

Jeff - I did get my phone back. My case fell off right when I got out of the car at our work parking lot. That would have been bad to lose my blackberry and my $50 case I just got for it. The foot is feeling better with less pain, but I'm on 800mg of IBProfen so that can hide the pain as well. I'm just going to stay off the streets until it's better.

Sorry I didn't call you back I've been so busy with work and kids programs at night.

I'm still though not going to run for a week starting Christmas day.

huans32 - Ya that football game beat my ribs up good. Their about 90% healed after three weeks when it happened. You also take care of your body.
