I got 10 hours of sleep last night, I was completely drained. I got up today and went to church with my family like every Sunday. Then after church I had no rest, I mowed our yard, pulled weeds for over an hour, fixed my daughter's flat on her bicycle. I worked on a computer that I told a family member would be done today and it was. I took another 30 minute nap, then my wife cooked bacon wrapped hamburgers on our grill, and I had three huge ones. I'll run tomorrow, but only once. My plan for this week is to take it easy for once after a race and then next week I'll start training for the Pocatello Marathon on August 30th.
