Very nasty today 5 degrees snowing all night and still snowing when I ran 10.33 miles at an overall easy 7:55 pace in 1:21:46.  With the wind chill it was -7 degrees.  You could feel the cold breeze on the face like being in a walk-in freezer.  Hands little numb after run.

You are insane to be outside in this weather. I did that once a about a year ago and won't do it again. Be safe in this kind of cold.

It was pretty rough but I did it all last year so it wasn't bad since I've done it in colder weather and the wind and snow coming down even worse.

I would rather die than run on the treadmill almost (just kidding). I think if it's like that tomorrow I will run on the TM at home or the Gym. If I do the Gym I could do other things since my foot still hurts.

I'm going to PM you about something.

Barry - I'm sure I will because running on the roads was very tough with the traffic. I was a little nervous. I have to work at llpm tonight so it might not be until 9am before I run. Would that be ok with you. I'm not really sure on the time so don't hold me to that.

I am open to anytime, just let me know. How was the foot today?
