Very cold morning at 20 degrees I really had to bundle up warm. Last year I had more weight on me so I think this year I'm going to hate the cold. I ran 10.61 miles at an overall 7:09 pace in 1:15. Mostly flat course; I ran out by highway 30, then down Yellowstone Rd. then where ever I could think to go to extend the run out. Really no sort of training on this run I just ran by feel.
(Asics Trainers 13 - 488.6 miles) Lunch: Thought about running on my lunch hour, but I had a nasty headache, because of lack of sleep. We had a gunmen running around our neighborhood last night that the police were trying to catch. At one point he was in our yard, so my wife and I were up because the Cops were everywhere. By midnight they still didn't have him in custody yet. We didn't want to go to bed knowing that someone's running around the neighborhood with a gun. Anyway, I did 300 sit-ups and 200 push-up in my office at lunch. I needed the rest from running anyways and don't need to pile on the miles this week.
