Temperature was 30 degrees with a 20mph wind this morning with new snow cover how exciting. I actually got 8 hours of sleep last night which was great, and it felt good for the body.

Nothing really exciting happened on this run this morning. Running in the wind at some areas in the route was hard, but nothing that made me struggle. I ran 9.10 miles in 6:50 pace in 1:02 miles.

Lunch:

Ran 5.22 miles on the home treadmill in 36:00. I watched the NFL Playoffs greatest comeback game when Buffalo came back from a 35 to 3 deficit to beat the Houston Oilers. I remember watching that game. I also listened to ESPN talking about Tony Romo's vacation with Jessica Simpson in Mexico. I tell you he better be focused this Sunday, because he's got me worried.

I kind of fell off the treadmill at 5.22 miles so I decided to stop, which it was time to go back to work anyways. I'm okay though... I think my pride is hurt more than anything. Good thing it was at home not at the gym.

Were you thinking about football or Jessica Simpson when you almost got bucked off the treadmill? Way to get those tough Idano miles in.

Stay Cool, wear your seat belt, b of bs rools out

Brent: Thats a good one! That made me laugh I needed that. I just hope she doesn't do that to Tony Romo. You have a good night.

That hilarious! I fell 3 times on the snow and ice trying to get people unstuck from the 2 feet of snow in our driveway, and my pride got a little bruised too.

How do you "kinda" fall of a TM? :-) Kidding aside, it is not natural to run in a continuous straight line for that long!

James, you guys got hammered! We drove through and was wondering if we would even make it to SLC airport. SLC had nothing...snow, rain, or even many clouds!

From wheakory on Thu, Jan 10, 2008 at 13:53:55

Your right Jeff you can't kinda fall off anything. I did a face plant in the ground :-).

James: You guys got poured on by snow, I'm sure you would have rather ran in ski's. I bet that was a major effort getting car's out of your driveway with all the snow that pounded on your city.

23 inches in one storm at my house. Makes running kind of hard! Maybe I should invest in some of those tele skies like Paul has.
