Man! I'm having issues this week.  I woke up this morning with a sore throat, and I also could not get off the toilet (you know what I mean).  After my run the middle part of the bottom on my foot is still somewhat sore and I had some sharp pains in it on the last mile of the run.  Maybe someone is telling me I shouldn't run this fun Half Marathon.

The run did go well and I took it easy 10.21 miles at an overall 7:24 pace in 1:15.  The fastest mile was very slow at 6:24.  I did my standard Satterfield hill loop.

Lunch:

100 push-ups at and 300 sit-ups  lots of fun.  I'm moving in a new office back on the Idaho State University Campus which is a mile from where my office is now so I've been busy packaging.  Our whole Informational Security and Operating System section is moving in new offices that they just build for us.

I don't what it is with this time of year. Must be the kids in school. I think they take sharing to a whole new level when it comes to bringing germs home. I hope all your ailments clear soon.

Kory, Thanks for the encouragement, I am doing much better now as things are settling down now. Some new doors are opening up for me now. Kory, take care of yourself! Sounds like you have some work stresses. I think someone is trying to tell you STOP!! Get better soon Kory.
