Last night I got over 9 hours of sleep. I started getting another headache again, but not has bad so I took a Tynenol PM and that knocked me out. I was still tired for the run this morning. I wanted to do a couple faster miles to prepare for the HM this weekend, but my body didn't have it in me today. My immune system is slowly building back from this sickness. But I did get in a decent run of 8.22 miles at an overall 7:02 pace in 57:54 minutes. I did run some faster miles towards the end of the run (6:41, 6:47, 6:59, 5:59). Taking the day-off yesterday really did help.
I'm no where near ready for this HM this Saturday and don't have a clue how I will do. I don't want to break my immune system down again if I push too hard sense I still don't feel 100%. Lunch Did 400 sit-ups and 120 push-up and felt really fatigue and weak. I'm trying to figure out what carbs I should be eating to build my immunes system back up and prepare for the Half on Saturday. I've been sticking with whole grains, cereal, fruits. Evening Ran a little bit with my son, probably .2 of a mile.
