I woke up again not feeling the greatest with a sore throat, coughing and spit up mucus.   Also have a headache for the last two days.  Yesterday I got my chipped tooth fixed at the dentist.  I broke a portion of the tooth off last week.  The dentist (a running buddy) said the ultimate fix would be a crown, but he said a filler would work, but that can't be guarantee to last forever.  I decided to have the filler done.

20mph winds that made the temperature at 6 degrees this morning.  I ran 9.12 miles at an overall 7:13 pace in 1:05.  I cut one mile short to keep it easy on the feet.   I still have pain in both feet, but as I mentioned not enough to keep me from running.  I'm going to see a foot doctor sometime this week.  One that was recommended to me.

That is an amazing pace under those conditions. I like how you "cut one mile short to keep it easy"... 7:## in single digit temps and that wind would kill me right now.

Adam - It's really not bad when your in UnderAmour apparel from head to toe. I never really feel the cold weather. Although, the wind was not that fun. The 7 minute pace was a little faster than I should have, or wanted to run, but I left sort of late and had to be back to take my daughter to school this morning.

your experiences are even more eerily similar to me- I also broke a tooth, a couple months ago. Consequence of never having braces, I guess it was torqued and then I bit something wrong. I did the filler too but it is still bugging me- and they had to rip out the whole tooth as well.

I've been told to stay off my foot for a week and am doing stretches, theraband sterngthening exercises and eating oreos. good luck at the foot doc! Scott
